Shipping Costs

Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we specify otherwise. We recommend trackable shipping because Powerrefine is not liable for packages lost in transit to us.

Refunds and Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven to ten business days. Bank processing may add additional time. If you paid by alternative methods, we will coordinate reimbursement consistent with that method.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
